What is included in an Excellent Pathways programme?
Each programme combines structured online learning, tutor support and a work-placement stage. The exact curriculum, duration, placement format and included services are set out on the relevant programme page and in the written enrolment information.
Do I need previous experience?
Most programmes are designed for people building experience or changing direction, so previous industry experience is not normally required. Entry expectations can differ by programme, and our team will explain them before enrolment.
Is the work placement guaranteed?
A work placement is included with every eligible programme, subject to the learner meeting the programme requirements and placement terms. The timing, host, location and format depend on availability and the chosen pathway.
Does a placement guarantee me a paid job?
No. A placement is intended to build practical experience, confidence and evidence you can discuss with employers. Hiring decisions always remain with individual employers, so Excellent Pathways does not guarantee employment, interviews or job offers.
Are programmes online or classroom based?
The learning stage is delivered online. Work placements may be remote, in person or blended depending on the programme, host organisation, learner circumstances and availability. The format will be explained before the placement begins.
How much tutor support will I receive?
Learners receive support throughout the study stage, including guidance on course content and progress. Response arrangements and any scheduled sessions are confirmed in the programme information provided at enrolment.
Is Excellent Pathways accredited?
Excellent Pathways is an approved provider with CPD Accredited, provider number P342805. Accreditation applies as described on the relevant programme information and can be checked through our Trust Centre and verification page.
Where is Excellent Pathways based?
Excellent Pathways is based at 24/25 The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG. Our learning is online, and placement arrangements can be remote, in person or blended.
What should I check before enrolling?
Review the programme content, fees, delivery format, placement terms, refund policy and what is not guaranteed. Ask us to clarify anything important to your decision in writing before you pay.
