Safeguarding Statement

Excellent Pathways is committed to providing a safe, respectful learning and work-placement environment. We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, discrimination, exploitation or abuse in our programmes, communications or partner placements.

Learners should report an immediate danger to the emergency services. For a non-emergency safeguarding concern connected with an Excellent Pathways programme or placement, contact help@excellentpathways.com and mark the subject line “Safeguarding”. Include only the information needed for us to understand the concern safely.

We assess each concern promptly, preserve confidentiality as far as possible and involve an appropriate responsible person or external authority where required. Information may be shared without consent when necessary to protect a person from serious harm or to meet a legal obligation.

Placement partners are expected to provide a professional environment and to cooperate with safeguarding enquiries. A learner may be removed from a placement while a serious concern is assessed without prejudicing the final outcome.
