Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum personal data required to deliver our service: your name, contact details, enrolment and payment information, and your learning progress. We use this information to deliver your programme, arrange your work placement, provide career support and keep you informed.

To keep accounts secure we also keep a record of attempts to sign in to the learning portal. That record includes the email address used, the IP address the attempt came from, basic device and browser information, and whether the attempt succeeded or was refused. We rely on our legitimate interest in protecting accounts and course material from unauthorised access. These records are kept for 12 months and are deleted when the account they relate to is deleted.

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the platform, including providers for authentication and storage, payment processing, video hosting and email. Each is contractually bound to handle your data appropriately and only on our instructions.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Meta's advertising tools to understand website visits and measure enquiries. The Meta Pixel and Conversions API may receive page activity, cookie identifiers, browser and device information, IP address, and contact details submitted with an enquiry. Contact details are normalised and securely hashed before they are sent to Meta. Browser and server events share an event ID so the same enquiry is counted once. You can reject optional tracking or change your choice through Cookie settings in the website footer. Rejecting tracking does not affect your access to the website or your ability to contact us.

We never sell your personal data. You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by emailing privacy@excellentpathways.com.
