  • A job. Excellent Pathways is a training provider, not a recruitment agency and not an employer.
  • The placement itself, or the placement employer's time. The placement is included as part of the training programme, not sold separately.
  • A guarantee of paid employment. We do not promise a job offer at the end. The programme is a pathway into a career; whether you land a paid role depends on your performance, the placement employer's needs, and the wider UK job market.
