Placement Guarantee

Complete your programme and pass the final assessment, and we guarantee a work placement. If we cannot offer you one, we refund your programme fee.

What you need to do

The guarantee applies to every learner who meets all of the following.

• Complete all modules of your programme.
• Pass the final assessment for your programme.
• Be eligible to work in the UK and available for placement.
• Accept a suitable placement offered in your chosen field.

What we do

Once you have completed your programme and passed the final assessment, we work to match you with a UK partner employer in your chosen field. Placement length and setting vary by employer and by programme.

If we cannot place you

If we are unable to offer you a work placement, we refund your programme fee. Contact us at help@excellentpathways.com and we will confirm the position and process the refund.

What is not covered

The guarantee covers a work placement, not employment. Excellent Pathways is a training provider, not a recruitment agency and not an employer, and we cannot guarantee that a placement leads to a job offer. The guarantee does not apply where a learner does not complete the programme, does not pass the final assessment, is not eligible to work in the UK, or declines a suitable placement offered in their chosen field.

This guarantee sits alongside your statutory rights and does not affect them.
