Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about enrolling. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, you may cancel within that period in line with your consumer rights.

Please note that the deposit is payable in full at the time of enrolment and, as set out at the point of sale, may be non-refundable once your place is confirmed and access to materials has been granted. Any refund requests outside a statutory cooling-off period are considered on a case-by-case basis.
