2. Terms of Website Use

The content of this website is provided for general information only. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind that the content is complete, accurate or current, and we may update or change it at any time without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any inaccuracies, omissions or errors in the content of this website. Any reliance you place on the content is strictly at your own risk.

3. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that this website, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the website for business, technical, security or operational reasons, and will try to give reasonable notice where we can.

4. Our Services

Excellent Pathways helps people with little or no experience step into a new career. Every programme combines online training with a guaranteed work experience placement and ongoing career support.

Submitting an enquiry or your details through this website does not by itself create a contract, guarantee you a place on a programme, or guarantee any interview, job offer, placement outcome, salary level or employment outcome.

5. No Guarantee of Paid Employment

The work experience placement is guaranteed as part of the programme. Paid employment is not guaranteed.

We do not guarantee any interview, job offer, permanent role, salary level or employment outcome. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your engagement, performance, the job market and employer decisions.

6. Course Enrolment & Programmes

When you enrol, we will confirm the programme details, including content, fees, payment terms, access arrangements, timeframes, assessments and the support included. That enrolment confirmation, together with these Terms, forms the agreement between us.

We may update course content, materials, assessments and delivery methods from time to time to keep the programme current and relevant. You are responsible for making sure a programme is suitable for you before you enrol.

7. Digital Content & Online Access

Programme materials and your access to the online learning platform are provided for your own personal learning only. You must not copy, share, distribute, publish, resell or commercially exploit any materials without our prior written permission.

Access may be time-limited and may be suspended where fees are unpaid, where materials are shared without authorisation, or where these Terms are breached.

8. Course Fees & Payment Plans

The full programme fee is £1,995, currently discounted to £1,395 when paid in full. We offer flexible ways to pay, which are confirmed to you at the point of enrolment.

  • Pay monthly: a £495 deposit followed by 3 monthly payments of £300 at 0% interest (total £1,395).
  • Pay in full: a one-off payment of £1,395 at the time of enrolment.

The £495 deposit is a place-securing payment. It is payable in full at the time of enrolment, cannot be split into instalments, is non refundable, and secures your place on the programme. Where you choose a payment plan, you authorise us (or our payment provider) to collect each scheduled instalment automatically on its due date.

If a payment fails or is missed, we may suspend access to the programme and placement support, withhold certificates, apply a late-payment fee, and, where necessary, refer the outstanding balance for debt recovery.

9. Fee Schedule

The following ancillary fees may apply. The amounts that apply to you are confirmed at enrolment and may be updated from time to time:

  • Deposit (non-refundable once your place is confirmed and access granted): £495
  • Late or missed payment fee: £45
  • Programme cancellation fee: £300
  • Reactivation of a suspended account: £195
  • Certificate reissue (digital): £20
  • Hard-copy certificate: £30
  • Examination / resit fee: £145
  • Administration fee: £495

Please confirm the current fees with us before enrolling, as these may change.

10. Work Experience & Placement

Every programme includes a guaranteed work experience placement designed to give you practical, hands-on experience in your chosen field.

The placement is work experience and is unpaid unless we tell you otherwise. While the placement itself is guaranteed, its start date, location, sector, employer and format may depend on your location, your suitability, your completion of the training, and employer availability. A remote, project-based or simulated placement may be provided to fulfil this guarantee.

11. Attendance, Communication & Conduct

To get the most from the programme, and to keep your place, you agree to communicate professionally, respond to reasonable requests for information, attend scheduled sessions, provide accurate documentation and treat our team, tutors, employers and other learners with respect.

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, in cases of serious or repeated misconduct, non-attendance, dishonesty, non-payment or abusive behaviour.

12. Your Documents, CVs & Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your CV, qualifications, references and employment history. We may help you format and improve your CV, but you remain responsible for its final content. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from inaccurate or misleading information you provide.

13. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse, suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Services at our reasonable discretion, including where these Terms are breached, where payment fails, where false information is provided, or where there is misuse, abusive behaviour, legal risk or a regulatory requirement to do so.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect, store and process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The information we process may include your name, contact details, CV, employment history, qualifications, learning progress and payment information. We may share it with employers and placement partners, our service providers and, where required, regulators or authorities. We will never sell your personal information.

15. Marketing Communications

From time to time we may contact you about roles, opportunities, services, training, events and career updates. You can opt out of marketing at any time. We may still contact you about an active application, your payments, or for compliance and legal reasons.

16. Cookies & Website Tracking

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to help it function and to understand how it is used. Where required, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some may affect how the website works.

17. Third-Party Platforms & Providers

We use third-party services such as payment processors, learning platforms and email and analytics providers to deliver the Services. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, interruptions or policy changes caused by third-party platforms outside our control, and their own terms may also apply to you.

18. Payments & Chargebacks

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and you must comply with their terms and any verification they require. Raising a dishonest chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension of your access, withholding of documents, recovery of fees and referral of the matter to the payment provider.

19. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Where you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of enrolling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, please email us in writing.

If you ask us to start the Services, or you access digital content, during the cancellation period, you may lose your right to cancel, or we may deduct a reasonable amount for the services already provided. The £495 deposit is non-refundable once your place is confirmed and access to materials has been granted.

No refund is due where the Services have been fully performed, where digital content has been accessed, where your placement has commenced, or where the cancellation period has expired. Any refund that is due is made to your original payment method and may be reduced by administration or cancellation fees and the cost of any services already provided. Your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.

20. Complaints Procedure

If you are unhappy with any part of our Services, please contact us at help@excellentpathways.com with your name, contact details, the programme concerned, details of your complaint, any supporting documents and the outcome you are seeking.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and to provide a full response within 20 working days.

21. Intellectual Property

The website and all of its design, branding, graphics, text, logos, images, documents, training materials, templates, videos and digital content are owned by or licensed to us. You may view, download and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

Redistribution, copying, reproduction, storage, resale or commercial exploitation of any content is prohibited without our prior written permission.

22. Prohibited Use

You must not use this website or our Services for any unlawful purpose, to provide false information, to impersonate any person, to introduce malicious software, to interfere with the website or its security, to harass or abuse others, or to copy or misuse our content. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where this clause is breached.

23. Testimonials & Reviews

We may use testimonials, reviews and feedback for marketing purposes, with consent where required. Where a testimonial identifies you by name or image, we will obtain your consent. You can ask us to stop using your testimonial in future marketing, although prior lawful use will not be affected.

24. Confidentiality

Non-public information shared between you, us, our employers and partners is treated as confidential unless it is already public or must be disclosed by law. Employers treat candidate information confidentially, and candidates must treat employer information, including any details shared during a placement or interview, confidentially.

25. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, changes in law or government direction, technical failures, cyber incidents, or interruptions to third-party services. We will take reasonable steps to resume the Services as soon as we can.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

27. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us, and our directors, employees and agents, against any claims, losses, damages and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, any false information you provide, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

28. Changes to the Services & These Terms

We may amend, update, suspend or discontinue the website, the Services, our programmes, pricing or content at any time. Where we make a material change to a paid Service you have already purchased, we will offer you a reasonable alternative or update.

We may also revise these Terms from time to time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to review them periodically, and continued use of the website or the Services means you accept the revised Terms.

29. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent; we may assign ours for business, legal or operational reasons.

30. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
