Confirm the entity
Match the trading name, website, contact details and company information. A professional website is useful, but verifiable identity and clear documentation matter more.
Separate evidence from marketing
Check whether statistics identify their source and whether testimonials describe a real stage of the learner journey. A provider should be willing to clarify where a claim comes from.
- Look for dates and scope on outcome figures.
- Check whether reviews are about the same company and programme.
- Treat anonymous or repeated review language cautiously.
Keep a written record
Save the programme description, price, guarantee conditions and key answers supplied before enrolment. These documents make expectations clear for both sides.
