Calculate the total cost
Add the course fee, assessments, software, renewal charges and any optional support. Instalments change when you pay, not necessarily how much you pay.
Read the trigger and the remedy
A guarantee should state what you must complete, when the provider must act and what remedy applies if it cannot deliver. Avoid relying on a headline alone.

Use the complaints process early
If delivery differs from the written agreement, raise it promptly through the provider's complaints route and keep copies of correspondence.
